Bison Ranch Steak (includes one 4 oz. steak)

This Bison steak is cut from the arm roast and is similar in taste and tenderness to the Sirloin steak. Grill or pan fry for two to three minutes on each side. Each steak weighs approximately four to six oz. Package includes one, four oz. steak.
