Bison Sausage Gravy over Bisquits
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Bison Sweet Italian Sausage
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 quart milk
- 1 dash pepper
- Refrigerated buttermilk bisquits
Directions:
Cook bison sausage in skillet on med-high heat. Drain any excess pan drippings if necessary. Reduce heat to med-low and sprinkle flour over sausage and stir well. Cook flour and sausage together for about 5 - 7 minutes. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over baked biscuits.
