Bison is a delicious red meat that tastes very similar to beef, with a slightly sweeter and richer flavor. When cooked appropriately, it is juicy and tender. We dry-age all of our meat to further enhance the flavor, and use a USDA-approved butcher shop to bring you a premium product.
Bison offers significant nutritional advantages over other red meat, poultry, and fish. It is lower in fat and calories, but higher in protein, vitamins, and minerals. Bison are also raised naturally, without the use of hormones, antibiotics, or feed additives. For almost the entirety of their lives, they are pasture-raised and grass-fed. For these reasons, you can be assured that you are eating 100% pure bison meat.
