Bison Chuck Roast (includes one 2-3 lb. roast)

Great with gravy, soups, BBQ sandwiches and stews. This roast is very juicy and marbleized. It should be slow cooked in a moist heat. The chuck section comes from the shoulder and neck of the bison, and yields some of the most flavorful and economical cuts of meat. They tend to be less tender and a bit fatty. But if cooked slowly in a liquid this cut is still delicious. Package includes one, 2-3 pound roast.
