A delicious pack of savory ginger, sweet maple Bison sausages that are great off the grill and a crowd pleaser for every occasion. These will not last long at your next BBQ or cookout.
Each pack weighs approximately one pound and contains four links. Great for either breakfast, on a bun or on the grill.
Recipe: Bison in a Sleeping Bag
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Bison Grillers, cut in half in make 8 pieces
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed and lightly rolled out
1 egg
BBQ sauce, honey mustard or Apricot jam, for dipping
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut puff pastry sheets into fourths (8 strips). Roll each bison griller in puff pastry and place on a baking sheet. Beat egg and brush generously over pastry. Bake until pastry is golden brown and puffed, about 20 minutes. Serve with BBQ, honey mustard or jam. Serves 6-8.
