Bison in a Sleeping Bag
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Bison Grillers, cut in half in make 8 pieces
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed and lightly rolled out
- 1 egg
- BBQ sauce, honey mustard or Apricot jam, for dipping
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut puff pastry sheets into fourths (8 strips). Roll each bison griller in puff pastry and place on a baking sheet. Beat egg and brush generously over pastry. Bake until pastry is golden brown and puffed, about 20 minutes. Serve with BBQ, honey mustard or jam. Serves 6-8.
