A very hearty steak for the meat lover looking for great taste and a healthy alternative to beef. Similar to the T-Bone, this cut contains a portion of the NY Strip and the Filet, two steaks in one. The only difference is that the Porterhouse has a bigger Filet. Great just seasoned and grilled rare to medium rare.

Quick, Easy and Tasty Bison Porterhouse Recipe
Ingredients:
2 22-24oz Bison Porterhouse Steaks, room temperature
Olive Oil
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Heat grill to a med-high heat. Brush both sides of each steak with olive oil, season with steak seasoning, salt and pepper. Grill each side for 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
