Shipping Policies

GBT bison meat is individually vacuumed packed and flash frozen to provide you with the freshest meat possible. In order to maintain this freshness, we ship our meat in insulated boxes filled with dry ice and/ or frozen cold packs.

We ship all packages via UPS. If UPS does not deliver in your area, please contact us and we will make other shipping arrangements. Also, keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide us with a proper address.

We ship most packages by 2-Day delivery. We ship on Tuesday’s only, therefore orders placed Tuesday through Monday will ship out the following Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday. Any non-refrigerated order will be shipped by UPS Ground Service.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, please make sure that the package is picked up and refrigerated/frozen that day. We cannot guarantee the condition of your meat if it is not properly refrigerated/frozen the day of delivery.
