Bison Cheese Steak Subs
- 1 pack of GBT Bison Chip Steak
- 1 small onion, sliced and sauteed
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- Salt & pepper
- 2 large sub rolls
Cook bison chip steak in a saute pan with olive and salt and pepper or on a griddle until browned. Add already sauteed vegetables. Divide meat mixture in half and top each half with 2 slices of cheese. Cover with opened sub rolls until cheese is melted and rolls are warm. Use spatula to pick up and turn rolls and meat mixture over onto a plate.
