We Care about Shipping
Whether you hand select your bison in our farm store, or receive it delivered right to your door, we guarantee you receive the same high-quality experience. As part of that commitment we’ve taken great care with every step of the way in getting your order to your door:
Packaging: Our premium bison meat is individually vacuum sealed and flash frozen to lock in its mouthwatering flavor, and then expertly packed with dry ice and gel packs in a Styrofoam cooler to ensure your order arrives on your doorstep, ready to enjoy.
We only ship on Wednesdays so that your order will arrive at your door either Thursday or Friday, depending on your location and your selected delivery preferences. (Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST on Wednesday to be included in that week’s shipment.)
PLEASE NOTE Holiday Shipping Schedule:
- Monday, November 21 - Last ship date prior to the Thanksgiving holiday
- Wednesday, November 30 - Next ship date following the Thanksgiving holiday
- Wednesday, November 14 - Last ship date for Ground Shipping before Christmas
- Anything ordered between Thursday, December 15 and Wednesday, December 21 must be shipped 2nd Day Air.
- Wednesday, December 30 - Shipping will return to normal on Wednesdays
Premium Shipping Zone: To maintain product quality, we have arranged for low-cost, fast delivery for customers within our Premium Shipping Zone. This means that customers in MD, DC, VA, WV, DE, PA, RI, NY, PA, OH, IN, MA, MI, TN, KY, NY, NJ, NH, VT, CT, NC, SC, as well as select zip codes in GA, ME and IL, can enjoy low-cost delivery in 1-2 days depending on your location... AND… FREE SHIPPING on any order more than $150!
Outside our Premium Shipping Zone? To ensure that you receive your order within one to two days, we offer 2nd Day and Next Day Air Delivery options for customers who are located outside our Premium Shipping Zone.
